very happy guest
helpful personnel safe luggage convenient location good breakfast
the front desk personnel was helpful by keeping our luggage safe while we travelled. everything was very handled WELL when we returned. the hotel was convenient, close to mbk mall and eateries. breakfast was good and had good variety. the staff was kind.
the rooms furniture was dated, with scratches. the humidity smell was noticeable in the room. it impacted the overall experience a little bit.

the hotel has central situation near shopping centers. it provides simple access to different sites via the mrt. reaching popular areas is not difficult from this location. it really is great.

the service at the front desk was efficient. housekeeping maintained a standard of cleanliness, however it was not that great. the staff demonstrated excellent service overall, being both friendly and very accommodating .

i enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had good choices. the restaurant offered various menus that had crab fried rice. the food was a highlight, giving satisfaction for both dinner and breakfast. i did appreciate that.

dated room weak shower
the breakfast selection was acceptable.
I was quite let down by the room i booked, a premier room. it felt quite dated and not as fresh as i'd hoped for, especially considering the price. the bathroom felt cramped and the shower pressure was really weak. It was hard to actually feel clean.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly . The hotel features a good location near shopping areas and public transport. The breakfast offered many choices. I always found something I enjoyed. The fitness center had modern equipment.
The hotel took a deposit from my credit card during check-in. I found the refund process at check-out slow.

a decent stay
polite staff bottled water limited vegetarian options towel policy
the staff was very courteous. they were always ready to assist when needed (i really appreciated that). the complimentary bottled water was replenished everyday. the hotel is located within a few minutes' walk from the metro subway station.
i wasn't overly impressed with the restaurant. there was very little vegetarian food. the fitness center felt a bit too 'public'. i had to sign for a towel to use the pool.

secure luggage convenient location great breakfast
the staff held my luggage secure while i visited cambodia, and they handled everything perfect upon my return. i found the location convenient for accessing the mbk mall. The breakfast had great variety.
